STEP 1
Before taking the new position you were recruited for, you should schedule a couple of visits to the city you are relocating to and tour different neighborhoods that fit your lifestyle. The David Eyrise Team will send you a survey with information prior to your arrival that you can fill out that will help us get an understanding of your lifestyle needs. This well help determine if you need to rent first or buy right away
When coming to visit, we will provide you with a map of the area and information brochures. We will take you on a tour of different neighborhoods to see properties that are in your budget; be it condos, homes or rental properties. This will give you a sense of home values as well as rents in the area.
We also have top Real Estate agents available in different cities across the U.S. or abroad to help get your current home marketed and sold before you move to your new city.
STEP 2
Once you finalize your plans to take the position in the new city, contact the David Eyrise Team agent assigned to you to start setting up home searches that we can auto email to you before you arrive. Your agent will coordinate with you when you're arriving to plan your day(s) to go house hunting.
